章 程
第一章 总则
第一条 名称：中国国际风水文化研究院
第二条 性质：香港政府注册的一级法人机构，成立于2013年3月15日，面向全球风水文化研究的民间社会组织。
第三条 宗旨：传承国学遗产、破除封建迷信、弘扬易学文化、推动社会发展。
第四条 目标：立足香港，辐射亚洲，走向国际，服务人类。是易学大师展示、发挥的平台。
第五条 任务：普及易学文化，研究风水理论，提高生活质量，促进社会和谐。
第六条 业务：易学传授培训、环境风水策划、建筑文化策划、企业管理策划、经济信息咨询、人生预测，起名咨询等。
第七条 纪律：遵循法律法规，坚守职业道德，服从院纪院规。
第八条 活动：讲座茶会，游览考察，教学互动，论坛交流等。
第二章 会员
第一条 入院条件：遵纪守法，爱好易学，乐于奉献，维护本院声誉。
第二条 入院程序：本人申请，会员介绍，材料审核，领导批准通过。
第三条 权利与义务：
一）围绕风水文化，开展研发活动。
二）参与院事讨论，发表意见建议。
三）推选领导人选，推荐发展会员。
四）遵守国家法律，执行本院决议。
五）凡本院会员如因重大疾病或遭受特殊自然灾害，本院将动员全体会员给予经济上的相应捐助。
第四条 入会与退会：
一）遵守章程，服从决议，入会自愿。
二）中途退会，提出申请，退会自由。
三）违法违纪，漠视院纪，视为退会。
四）危害社会，予以除名，责任自负。
第三章 章程修改
第一条 章程修改，由理事会审议通过，公示生效。
第二条 公示期限为半个月，每满一年可修改一次。
第四章 研究院机构
第一条 设立院长一名，名誉院长，常务副院长三名，理事长一名，秘书长一名，副院长，副秘书长，副理事长等。
第二条 本院最高权力机构为院常委会。

第五章 附则
第一条 本章程最终解释权归中国国际风水文化研究院所有。

Articles
Chapter 1: General Provisions
1. Title: Chinese International Feng Shui Culture Research Institute.
2. Description: An organization registered as a legal entity in Hong Kong for the international study of feng shui culture.
3. Mission: To promote and spread Chinese culture heritage, to promote Yijing culture, and social development, and to displace superstition.
4.Goals: To serve humanity from a firm base in Shanghai by spreading Chinese feng shui culture throughout the world, and to provide a platform for Yijing masters.
5.Task: To spread Yijing culture, research feng shui theory, improve quality of life, and promote social harmony.
6.Services: Providing Yixue training, feng shui environment planning, architectural and cultural planning, business management planning, economic information consultation, life prediction and name consultation.
7. Rules: Follow National laws and regulations, adhere to professional ethics and obey Institute regulations.
8. Activities: Tea seminars, observation tours, interactive teaching and discussion forums.
Chapter 2: Members
1. Admission Requirements: Members are required to support the principles of the Institute, have an interest in Chinese culture, and make every effort to maintain the reputation of the Institute.
2. Admission Procedure:
i) Applicant requests membership;
ii) Review of applicant’s documentation;
iii) Leadership approval.
3. Rights and Obligations:
i) Take part in research and development activities about feng shui culture;
ii) Participate in Institute discussions and comment on proposals;
iii) Elect leadership candidates, and nominate new members;
iv) Actively participate in the Institute activities, according to the Institute’s principles and regulations;
v) Compliance with national laws and with the Institute’s regulations;
vi) Where a member of the institute is in need as a result of serious illness or exceptional natural disasters, the institute will request and expect all members to give corresponding financial contributions.
4. Enrollment and Withdrawal:
i) Enrollment must be in accordance with the Articles of Association, and subject to the payment of the enrollment fee prior to enrollment.
ii) To withdraw midway through the membership term, members should submit an application for voluntary withdrawal.
iii) Where there are arrears of membership fees which the member has refused to pay, or where the member ignores Institute regulations, his membership may be withdrawn as a disciplinary measure.
iv) Where a member behaves in a way which is contrary to National laws or in violation of the regulations of the Institute or which is harmful to society, his membership may be withdrawn.
Chapter 3 : Amendment to the Articles
1. Any amendment to the Articles may be considered and adopted by the Institute Board of Executors, to be given effect once notice has been given to the members.
2. The notice period for any amendment to the Articles is two weeks and only one amendment can be made each year.
Chapter 4: Research Institute authority and Rules of Procedure
1. The highest authority of the Institute is the Board of Executors.
2. These Articles are hereby passed by the Board of Executors to take effect immediately.
3. These Articles may be amended by the Board of Executors.
Chapter 5: Supplementary Provisions
1. The authority for the interpretation of these Articles belongs to the Chinese International Feng Shui Culture Research Institute.

国际风水文化研究院院长邢正华教授 男，1954 年出生，江苏省射阳县人，中华人民共和国建设部建筑人文高级规划师，现任香港易发投资有限公司董事长、总裁;北京经济管理函授学院国学院教授(兼);中国国际风水文化研究院院长;中国周易网络学院(中央工信部注册)命理高级培训班、风水高级培训班主讲师:上海易发文化信息咨询策划有限公司董事长、总裁。
